These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NutriChat, an AI-powered nutrition tracking app and website operated by NutriChat ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using NutriChat, you agree to these Terms.

1. What NutriChat Is

NutriChat is a nutrition tracking app that uses AI to help you log meals, track calories, and monitor your health data. NutriChat is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use NutriChat. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriChat.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

NutriChat offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (₹149/month or ₹999/year). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with prior notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your Data

You own your health data. We store it securely to provide the service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. AI-Generated Content

NutriChat uses AI to estimate nutrition values and generate responses. These are estimates, not exact measurements. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service. Don't try to access other users' data. Don't use NutriChat for anything illegal.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update or modify features as we improve the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

NutriChat is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated nutrition estimates. Calorie and macro calculations are approximations.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes.
